- 2 slices of white bread
- slice of red onion
- slice of fresh lemon
- slices of fresh portobello mushroom
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the Cuisinart Griddler for 5 minutes. Set it up at 350F in Grill and high mode. In a bowl, Toss the fresh portobello mushroom, red onion, fresh lemon, together with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Slowly grilled it in our Cuisinart Griddler. Place the slice bread beside them to absorb all the flavor. Then put all the fillings between the bread and finish it by pressing it using the top girdler plate. Enjoy your everyday sandwich!
